How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Raycommonly Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to send a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Raycommonly Heating & Air
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work, and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Be aware that Raycommonly Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send Your Complaint
Email contact@raycommonly.garden and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Still Feel Unheard
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help.
